The largest-ever hybrid roll crusher was delivered to Vale’s largest mining complex.

In March 2017, Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology delivered the world’s largest-ever hybrid roll crusher. It’s called the CR810/18-40 and it was delivered to Vale at its Eliezer Batista S11D complex in Canaã dos Carajás, Brazil, in the state of Pará. In keeping with the size of the new machinery, this mining complex is also the largest in Vale’s history. In addition, 18 Sandvik Hydrocone crushers were delivered to the mine’s complex processing plant. The CR810/18-40 integrates the structure responsible for primary crushing, while the others will perform secondary and tertiary crushing.
