Arctic aptitude

The history of the Sydvaranger iron ore mine in northeastern Norway dates back more than a century, when iron ore concentrate was first produced in the area. Today, mine operator Sydvaranger Gruve, contractors Orica and Oscar Sundquist and Sandvik Mining all work together to ensure a Rock on Ground (ROG) project runs smoothly.
