Introducing My Sandvik Insight and My Sandvik Productivity, two new offerings that are a part of My Sandvik digitial service solution package aimed at increasing operational safety and efficiency.

As the mining and construction industries continue to embrace digitalization, Sandvik needs to constantly optimize its own offering to customers around the world. The launch of My Sandvik digital service solutions is part of an improved digital offering. This new solution consists of My Sandvik Insight and My Sandvik Productivity. My Insight provides customers with a full overview of their fleet, including its location, and access to information that identifies potential servicing needs. My Productivity gives customers up-to-date productivity reports for set periods of time, as well as drawing attention to potential malfunctions. This solution can also provide machine-specific analysis to enable performance comparisons. My Sandvik digital service solutions are now available worldwide, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and offer the potential to increase operational safety and efficiency.
